A Hundred Answers has the capability to remotely manage and maintain business solutions adhering to Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) process standards. Interfacing with your user base, we will manage incidents, conduct analyses and address broader issues that may surface during operations. Periodic updates are potential sources of disruption, unless carefully managed. We also support the ITIL change, configuration and release management procedures that allow for controlled update and maintenance. Meanwhile, if required, we can host a service desk with a defined service catalogue and service level agreements so clients receive speedy resolution within mutually agreed upon time frames.
