Sean has a strong background in strategic and business planning, information technology project management and project implementation, and performance measurement. Sean has a proven track record of facilitating collaboration among diverse stakeholders to achieve successful project outcomes for public and private sector clients.

Erika Schom, PMP

Chief Operating Officer

 

Erika brings over fourteen years of experience in the information technology industry. She specializes in setting up and operating project management offices, supporting remote application development organizations for public and private sector clients. She brings significant project management experience running multi-million dollar IT programs. Her roles over the years range from program manager for support services, operations manager, customer support center manager, trainer for call center administrators, quality assurance manager, web developer building call center software solutions, to database designer.

 

Erika is a thoughtful operator who is results-oriented but is focused on providing balance for her teams.

Paul is an experienced project manager and business transformation architect with over 15 years of professional experience in operations excellence and IT effectiveness. Paul has in-depth expertise in defining PMO requirements, process and organization design, project portfolio management and governance.
